With our Optional Admin Services solution, we will take care of that for you. Your VPS server will be added to a custom–developed monitoring system and whenever there’s a sign of a trouble, our server administrators will be alerted instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Hosting Plan is not the simplest job on earth. You will either need to use another server or your desktop computer, or utilize some 3rd–party software. We offer a considerably easier way with our Optional Admin Services offer. We’ll create a full backup of your VPS once a week, so you never have to be worried about losing key information. And we can always retrieve a backup copy very fast. All backups we make are kept on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your data, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your virtual server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & configure special software on it. And if this seems like something way too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, part of our Optional Admin Services package, is definitely the perfect thing for you. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our expert server administrators who will install any software package or fix any trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans. With our KVM VPS Hosting Plans, it’s an additional feature.
