Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just choose the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect email messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
