Varnish in Cloud Website Hosting
Varnish is offered as an optional upgrade with each of our cloud website hosting plans. You can add it to your web hosting account from the Hepsia Control Panel, which comes with all shared packages and you’ll get a pretty easy-to-use GUI, which will grant you full control over the content caching system. Using one-click fast-access controls, you can reboot or stop any of the instances, i.e. Varnish will no longer be activated for a given Internet site. You can also check a comprehensive system log or delete the cache associated with any of the Internet sites. When you add Varnish to your hosting plan, you will be able to select the maximum amount of system memory that will be at your disposal for content caching purposes and how many websites will use Varnish. You can always get more memory in increments of 32 megabytes and, for best performance, you can assign a dedicated IP address to the sites that will use Varnish. This will allow you to take full advantage of your Internet sites and to have numerous happy visitors.
Varnish in Semi-dedicated Servers
Varnish is offered by default with all Linux semi-dedicated servers that we are offering and you can use it for workload distribution purposes. It’s available in your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. The Varnish caching platform comes with 64 megabytes of system memory for cached content storing purposes and you can employ it with any Internet site that you host in the account. In case you need more, you can increase the memory quota. The memory itself is offered in increments of 32 MB in the Control Panel’s Upgrades section. The same Upgrades section will permit you to add more instances too, in case you’d like to use Varnish with multiple websites. The two things can be added separately – you can cache the content of a single traffic-consuming site or use several Internet sites with the default memory quota. You can get the most out of the Varnish caching platform if you’ve got a dedicated IP address and you can get one with your semi-dedicated package as well. Hepsia will give you total control over the platform and, with no more than one single mouse click, you will be able to delete the cached data, to view a log file or to reboot an instance.
Varnish in VPS Servers
You can use Varnish with each of our VPS server plans at no extra cost, since the data caching platform is pre-installed and is included by default. The one and only prerequisite is that the Virtual Private Server must be ordered with the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you’ll be able to set up Varnish for any of your sites with just a few mouse clicks. Each plan includes a different amount of memory for caching purposes, but you will have minimum several hundred MB, which is sufficient even for multiple frequently visited websites. Shortly after you activate Varnish, it’ll begin caching the content that your site visitors open, so you will notice the much faster website loading speeds and the reduced load on the virtual machine in no time. Varnish will allow you to use a less pricey VPS server, since you won’t require that much power to ensure the correct operation of your websites even if you own traffic-hungry websites with numerous visitors. Best results are achieved if the Internet sites that use the Varnish caching platform use also a dedicated IP address.
Varnish in Dedicated Servers
All Linux dedicated servers which are ordered with the custom-developed Hepsia web hosting Control Panel feature Varnish, which is among the pre-installed software platforms that you’ll get with the dedicated machine. The Varnish platform can be activated and managed without any effort via Hepsia’s simple-to-work-with graphical interface and, with no more than one single click, you can check an in-depth system log, add or reboot an instance, clear the cache for any website and much more. Soon after you set up Varnish for a specific domain or sub-domain, it will start caching the webpages requested by the website visitors and as soon as it has cached enough web content, you’ll witness a significantly faster website performance as well as a decreased load on your server. With Varnish-dedicated system memory starting at three gigabytes, you will be able to use the software platform for workload balancing purposes even if you run lots of sites on the machine.
